With access to our main hall, optional food prep room, and the stunning adjacent Community Volunteer Garden, our facility is equipped to make your gathering truly special.
Steps to Rent Our Space
Renting the center is a simple, fully digital process. Just follow the steps below to secure your date!
- Review our policies: Please read our Use Guidelines & Rules and Rental Options & Fees.
- Check availability: View the Community Calendar to ensure your desired date and time are available.
- Tour the center (Optional): If you'd like to see the space before booking, please reach out to our coordinator via the Contact Page to schedule a tour.
- Submit your application: Fill out our online Reservation Request Form.
- Approval & Payment: Once we review your request, we will email you to confirm the details and collect the rental fee and deposit.
- Building Access & Setup: After payment is received, your event will be officially added to the calendar. Prior to your event, you will receive a unique, temporary door code. We typically allow access for setup the day before your event and cleanup the day after; your door code will be programmed to unlock the building for your approved setup, event, and cleanup times. No physical keys required!
- Post-Event: After your event, complete the cleanup checklist. Once the facility is inspected, your refundable deposit will be returned to you.
