Security Deposit & Cleaning Fee (): $150 is retained as a standard cleaning fee. $100 is refundable provided there is no damage and no excessive cleaning is required.
Booking Deposit: 50% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking. This is non-refundable within 7 days of the event.
